CLEAR EXPECTATIONS. CONSIDERED CHOICES.

Privacy, made clear.

What we collect, why we use it, and the choices that stay with you.

A short sign-up unlocks your free readiness profile. Your telephone number and a follow-up conversation are optional. Keep sensitive donor, beneficiary and client information out of this website.

Who we are

AIHI — AI for Humanitarian Impact — is the brand of AIHIC LIMITED. AIHI is responsible for the enquiry and assessment information collected through this website.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email saif@aihi.org.uk. You do not need to complete a sales questionnaire. Include your submission reference if you have one.

What you choose to share

Enquiries may include your name, work email, organisation, organisation type, decision-making role, location, priority, indicative budget, timing and message.

Assessment answers stay in this browser tab until you complete the results sign-up. To unlock a free profile, we collect your first and last name, organisation and work email, together with your answers and calculated results. Telephone, position, organisation website and LinkedIn are optional. Permission for a follow-up conversation is separate and optional. Your profile reference, first name, organisation, report email and delivery status are kept in this tab so you can return to your results during the session.

Information is voluntary. Required form fields let us understand and respond to an enquiry; you can browse and take the questionnaire without contact details, but completing the results sign-up is required to view your profile. Do not paste donor records, beneficiary details, health information, passwords or confidential client material.

How and why we use it

  • Responding to enquiries: to understand your needs and prepare a relevant response. For business contacts, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to requested conversations; where applicable, this also involves steps you request before entering a contract.
  • Reviewing shared assessments: with your permission, to provide your personalised profile, understand your starting point and discuss next steps if requested. You may withdraw that permission by contacting us.
  • Running the website: to provide requested tools and limit abuse, supporting our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.
  • Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising audiences.

With your optional analytics consent, we collect page paths, visit dates and approximate visible time on pages, sections and assessment questions to understand where the website is useful or difficult. We do not include your answers or contact details in these events. Advertising and experience tools, when configured, require separate consent. You can withdraw these choices in Cookie settings.

Ask AIHI conversations

Ask AIHI labels website-guide and AI-generated answers. Guided answers use published AIHI information. In AI mode, your message and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to prepare a response. The assistant cannot access client systems, submitted enquiries or your readiness answers.

Chat messages are not saved in the enquiry database. They stay in the open page’s memory unless you allow optional conversation memory in Configuración de cookies. That saves a copy on this device for up to seven days. Clear chat removes the local conversation; switching memory off removes its saved copy.

For AI replies, we request that responses are not stored as retrievable API response objects. This does not mean no provider security or abuse-monitoring logs exist. See OpenAI’s API data controls. Clearing this chat does not delete provider logs.

Choosing to speak to the team opens the enquiry form. Chat does not send an enquiry automatically.

Scores and enquiry priorities

Your selected answers produce six readiness scores and practical priorities. This is self-reported guidance, not a benchmark, certification, legal opinion or assurance that an AI system is safe to deploy.

Enquiries may be prioritised using organisation type, decision-making role, budget, timing and requested follow-up. These details do not affect your readiness score. People review enquiries; the website does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Service providers and access

This site uses ChatGPT Sites and underlying Cloudflare infrastructure to host pages and store submitted enquiries. AI responses, when enabled, use OpenAI. Report delivery and enquiry notifications, when enabled, use Resend. Authorised AIHI personnel and service providers may access information as needed to operate the service or respond to you. Information may be disclosed where required by law.

The public website can be visited without signing in. AIHI Studio requires authorised sign-in. The hosting platform handles that access and associated security information separately. Hosting and AI services can involve processing outside your country. Contact us for provider and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry; this website is not intended to receive sensitive operational datasets.

Abuse controls use request metadata and time-limited hashed network identifiers. Chat rate-limit records do not contain message text. Operational error messages avoid form and chat content.

How long information stays

Assessment drafts last for the browser-tab session or until cleared. Choosing Save for later saves answers locally for seven days. Choosing to keep a readiness comparison saves scores locally for one year. Consented website analytics records are removed after 90 days. Cookie choices are remembered for up to 180 days. A chosen language is remembered for up to one year. Optional chat memory lasts for up to seven days, with expired copies removed when the site next checks storage. You can clear these earlier.

Submitted enquiries and assessments are kept while needed to handle the request and relevant follow-up. Retention is assessed against whether the enquiry remains active, a business relationship develops, or records are needed for legal obligations or a dispute. You can request deletion of an enquiry that is no longer needed. A resulting client engagement has its own agreed data arrangements.

Provider logs and backups follow the relevant provider’s retention arrangements. Ask us if you need more detail before sharing information.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you can ask to access or correct information, request erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy where that right applies. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that happened beforehand.

Email saif@aihi.org.uk. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We respond within the applicable legal timeframe and explain any lawful exception. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority.

Website editors and published media

Authorised editors sign in to the AIHI Studio through the hosting platform. We store their account identifier, email, role and content changes to control access and maintain a version history. The website owner and authorised administrators can view submitted enquiries and export them for responding to requests. Content editors do not have access to enquiries.

Photographs uploaded to the Studio are intended for public website use and receive public image URLs. Upload only approved imagery that you have permission to publish. Content history is retained while needed to maintain and recover the website. Access can be removed by the owner.

Cookies, imagery and updates

The Política de cookies explains storage controls. We update this notice when the service or its processing changes; the date above identifies this version.

Readiness reports, contact records and optional follow-up

When you unlock a readiness profile, we store your name, email, organisation and assessment answers to provide the requested service. Website, telephone, position and LinkedIn are optional. An organisation and website may be suggested from your email domain for you to confirm; we do not purchase enrichment data or contact your network.

A report and an internal enquiry notification are placed in a delivery queue. When the email service is connected, reports are sent through Resend from Contact@aihi.org.uk and copied privately to the website owner. Delivery status and provider references are retained to prevent duplicate sends and investigate failures. Authorised owners can manage contact records and notes in AIHI Studio. Choosing not to request follow-up does not prevent access to your report and does not subscribe you to marketing.

You can ask about your information or request deletion through the contact page. WhatsApp is optional and hidden until enabled; opening it takes you to a separately operated service. Language preferences are saved on your device when you choose them.
